Course Prerequisites: basic economic knowledge

Analysis and optimization of enterprise business processes studies:
- business processes of organizations; general principles of their organization;
- principles of business process modelling in the BPMN methodology;
- simulation and optimization of business processes.
Formation of a system of theoretical knowledge and acquisition of practical skills in computer modelling of business processes; building models to describe the subject area; analysis of built business processes

  • • make effective decisions on the development of both the company as a whole and individual business processes in particular;
  • • develop models of information processes and systems of various classes, use methods of modelling, formalization and implementation of models using modern computer tools;
  • • improve the information system based on the analysis of business processes.
