Course Prerequisites: knowledge of tourism organization, business economics, management, marketing

Startup management in tourism studies:
• algorithm for forming a business idea and business model of a travel startup;
• possible startup stakeholders, principles and tools for working with them;
• rules for forming a startup team and managing its development
• requirements for the presentation of the startup to potential investors.
The course is aimed at forming a system of theoretical knowledge and applied skills in starting and managing a startup project in tourism.
