Recommended For: This course is designed for anyone with an interest in financial management. It covers the practical aspects of using financial analysis tools and the methods and techniques used by financial managers.

Course Prerequisites: knowledge of economic terminology, basic of entrepreneurship

Financial management studies:
• Theoretical foundations and applied aspects of financial management and functions of the financial manager (CFO);
• Peculiarities of domestic and international financial reporting and analysis of the organization's financial conditions;
• Financial environment, financial markets, and financial instruments.
This course aims to provide a basis for effective management of the organization's financial resources, promoting sustainable development and cooperation

  • Ability to establish values, vision, mission, goals and criteria by which the organization determines further directions of development, develop and implement appropriate strategies and plans
  • Ability to effectively use and develop the organization's financial resources
  • Ability to develop projects, manage them, show initiative and entrepreneurship
